Terms and Conditions

1. Services & Scope of Work

Ononna Tech specializes in digital solutions, including but not limited to:

• Web Hosting & Domain: Provision of hosting environments and domain registrations.
• Web & App Development: Custom corporate sites, E-commerce platforms, and native Android applications.
• Backend & API Development: Custom RESTful APIs using PHP, MySQL, and Firebase integrations.
• Play Console Support: Google Play Console configuration, app submission, and developer verification guidance.
• Digital Marketing: SEO and brand optimization strategies.

Specific project timelines, deliverables, and costs will be agreed upon via invoice or project quotation before work commences.

2. Payment Terms & Refunds

• Deposits & Milestones: Custom development and design projects require an upfront deposit (typically 50%) before our team begins work. Larger projects are billed in milestones.
• Handover of Deliverables: Source code, final website deployment, and full access will be handed over strictly after final payment clearance.
• Refund Policy: Upfront deposits are non-refundable once work has officially begun. If you face issues, please reach out so we can resolve them promptly.

3. Intellectual Property & Ownership

Upon full and final payment of the project, you (the client) retain 100% ownership of the custom source code, database structures, and visual designs created specifically for your business by Ononna Tech.

However, Ononna Tech reserves the right to showcase the completed applications, websites, or design work in our portfolio and marketing case studies, unless a prior Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) has been explicitly signed.

4. Third-Party Platforms & Integrations

We frequently integrate third-party platforms and services into your projects (e.g., Google Firebase, Google Play Console, hosting servers, or payment gateways).

Please note that Ononna Tech is not responsible for changes, downtime, data limits, or pricing alterations enforced by these external third-party platforms (for example, if Google updates Play Console policies or Firebase changes its billing tiers).

5. Limitation of Liability

Ononna Tech will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the software, APIs, or websites we build. We deliver products optimized for performance and security, but maintaining server integrity and obeying third-party terms (like Play Console policies) remains the responsibility of the client upon final handover.
